Preschool Picture Day...

We just took a couple of pictures because I kept telling Reagan it was picture day and so she wanted her picture taken...She wasn't understanding that she would be taking pictures at school...lol.

First Piggy Tails...

I was playing around yesterday and realized that I can get little piggy tails on Kennedy. They are just too cute, but I don't think she likes them all that much as you can see in the next couple of pictures...lol.
Needless to say...I won't be doing this very often because I ended up just taking them out after I took the pictures...she was so sad and it just broke my heart. Then Reagan wanted Mommy to take pictures of her piggy tails too.
Reagan's hair is just getting sooo long and I love it. Nate wants me to cut it off, but it just isn't going to happen. I'm letting it grow and grow and grow...lol.

Speed Limit 55...

This was the theme for my Father in law's birthday bash. He will turn 55 on Tuesday September 30. We have just had the best time teasing him...He's a Senior Citizen now...lol! Dennis you know we Love ya!!! Happy Birthday Old Man :P

Church is to early...

For some crazy reason our Church time is 8:30 am. I think Heavenly Father is tryin' to tell me something...lol. Anyway...both of my girls sleep until 10:30 or 11 it just depends and no they don't go to bed late...they both go to bed between 8 and 9. They just love their sleep. OK on with my story...Every Sunday is a big ol' fight to get them up and fed before Sacrament...we are usually late, but at least we make it. This last Sunday my little Kennerbug was just not havin' any part of it. I told Nate I would just stay home with her and he said, "No we will just take her." Needless to say as soon as we got to Church he looked at me and said, "I'm taking her home." I just laughed. She was so upset for some reason...she usually will calm down after a while, but not this day for some reason. Reg's and I stayed and after Church we came out and Daddy was nowhere to be found. We waited a few minutes and a few more minutes...I just said to Reagan, "Lets walk." She was so excited. So we started walking and we made it to Mr. D's when he saw us and he picked us up. I wanted to give it to him, but I didn't until I noticed Kennedy wasn't in the car. I freaked out. He kept reassuring me that she was passed out and he said you have to look at your camera when you get home. So we get home and sure enough Kennedy is passed out in her bed (dead to the world) and I go to check my camera and this is what I found...lol.

My tired girl...Daddy said when he got home he changed her clothes and let her down with her blanket. He sat down on the couch to read and the next thing he heard was heavy breathing. He looked down and this is what he found. She does not like to be woke up before 10 am...lol.

Great News...I found out today in Relief Society that Church is at 11 after General Conference. Yeaaaaaa!!!!

"MMM...Mommy I eat Fishie's"...

On our way home from preschool Reagan decided that she needed a snack. She had just got done showing me that she glued fishies on a piece of blue paper "The Pond"...lol. Anyway I heard her smackin' her lips and I asked her what she was eating...She says, "I eatin' fishies mommy." I was laughing so hard and told her to quit eating them because they have glue on them. Needless to say she ended up eating two of them. Didn't even phase her...lol. Oh well, I'm sure all kids eat glue at one point.

Kennedy's Love for the Shower...

I just want to kick Nate sometimes...I have told him over and over to not let the water run before he gets into the shower. I grew up with a water Nazi (sp?) and if we let the water run for longer than we were suppose to...we got in BIG trouble...lol. As a matter of fact my dad taught us to turn the water on only when we were getting wet and when we were rinsing off. He was Big time...lol. It has stuck with me through out...kind of obsessive! Anyway...Nate will come home turn the water on in the shower and wonder around the house forever. Yesterday he turned the water on and got on the computer...I was getting some laundry started...I was calling Kennedy and she wasn't coming...at the same time Nate and I looked at each other and we both new where she was. This girl LOVES the shower. Sure enough we came around the corner to our room and you can just hear her havin' a good ol' time! Guess she at least watied until she was done with dinner. She new she was going to get a bath anyway...lol.

Midnight Sun...

Stephenie Meyers started to write Edward's version of Twilight, but she has not finished it yet....If you are as obsessed as I am and want to read what she does have, you can go to her website ( StephenieMeyer.com ) and read 264 pages of the unfinished book that I hope she finishes real soon!

I am truely a Retard and totally obsessed with Edward and Bella. I can't wait until the movie comes out...I need me some more Edward...lol!

The End...

I finished Breaking Dawn last night and I have to say I am sad and don't know what I am going to do with myself now...lol. No really like I said before I am not a reader, but these books have open up a can of worms! I guess this is a good thing. I LOVE LOVE LOVED these books...I know you probably think I am corny, but I really did. I tried to read them slow so I could have something to do for a while, but I just had to know what the out come was going to be. I won't give any of them away of course, but if you haven't read them I really think you are missing out...lol.

My Kids in 5 words...

My girl friend posted this on her blog and she challenged us to do it as well...

Matt: Intuitive (He is aware of so many more things then I would of thought. I am in awww when he tells me stuff. This isn't always a good thing...lol). Hilarious (He is always trying to make us laugh. Also just the things he does sometimes...you can't help, but laugh). Sensitive (No matter what the situation may be, Matt always reacts instantaneously). Helpful (He, for the most part is quick to help me out without any guff or even me having to ask him. I have always appreciated this and try to express it to him often). Smart (Sometimes he is a little to smart for his own good...lol. No, he is very intelligent. He loves to read. He also loves to learn).

Reagan: Independent (This girl just likes to be left alone. Even when she gets hurt she won't let me near her. It always makes me feel so bad). Tough (It takes a lot to make her upset). Passive (She is very laid back. Not a whole lot bothers her). Innocent (I just love this about her, not exposed to much yet. I wish I could lock us all up in a bubble...lol). Compassionate (She is always quick to love someone who is sad. She will also just come up, on her own time of course and love you).

Kennedy: Meek (She is the most even tempered thing, very chill...lol). Cuddling (She is always hugging someone and patting their back. I just love it when she does this. She'll let you cuddle her all day long). Sweet (She will come from across the room just to give you some love. She is so gentle when she touches you). Happy (This girl always has a smile on her face. She is going to be our peace maker. She is always laughing and dancing around the house). Dainty (When she picks something up...it's like she is being very careful. It takes her a few minutes to get it up into her little dainty fingers...lol. Everything she does is very soft and subtle).

This will make you stop and think as you are doing it. It makes me remember that my kids ARE my greatest joys! I challenge everyone to do this...so I better see it on your blogs.

Remembering my Dad (William N. Hilderschied, Billy) on his birthday...

I just wanted to post some more pictures of my Dad. He is so deeply missed! I just hope the hurt gets a little tolerable. I still feel so empty.
I also wanted to share a poem that my Aunt Sharon recited at his service...

When I come to the end of the road
and the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little - but not to long
and not with your head bowed low
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me a little - but let me go.

For this is a journey we all must take
and each must go alone
It's all part of the Master's plan
a step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick at heart
Go to friends we know, and
Bury your sorrows in doing good deeds
Miss me - but let me go.

Happy Birthday Dad, (William N. Hilderschied, Billy)...

* This is Reagan before her 1rst birthday and my Dad.

Today would have been my Dad's 53rd Birthday. I miss him so much! I have good days and bad, which I am sure is very normal. I have some very supportive Friends, Family and of course my husband...If not for them this would be very hard. Nate thank you for letting me vent, explode... oh just be a jerk at times and then apologize. Thanks for understanding and helping me deal with all that has been given to me at this time. Those of you that I talk to regularly know what I am talking about. Thanks Aunt Kathy and Aunt Sharon for the emails and all the encouraging words. I miss you both tremendously! My Aunt Kathy sent me a birthday gift that just brightened my day it was a wind chime and a poem. I would like to share the poem that came with it:

WHISPERS FROM HEAVEN

When I left this world without you
I know it made you blue.
Your tears fell so freely,
I watched; I know this is true.
While you were weeping,
Days after I passed away-
While all was silent within me,
I saw you kneel to pray.

From this wonderful place called heaven
Where all my pain is gone,
I send a gentle breeze to whisper,
"My loved ones, please go on"

The peace that I have found here
Goes far beyond compare
No rain, no clouds, no suffering-
Just LOVE from everywhere.
You need not be troubled
Just stay close to GOD in prayer
Someday we'll be reunited
My love, HIS love surrounds you always,
EVERYWHERE!
Al Littleton and Brenda Smith

This is one of many things I can hang and remember my dad always. There are so many things that remind me of him already, but it's just not enough. I now know what it means when someone says I would give anything to just have one more moment with someone who has passed. I think about this often. I watch his video that I have at least once a day...I just like to see him moving around and hearing his voice. I know he is in a better place without a doubt. Like I said I have good days and bad days. As soon as I start to question...my Father in Heaven reminds me I will see him again and this is all part of the grieving process.

Dad...I love you more than words can say and I miss you just the same!
Happy Birthday!

Mommy's Silly Girl...

Monday's are my cleaning days and while I was cleaning I noticed the girls weren't right beside me like they usually were. I decided I would go and check on them and found Kennedy entertaining herself with the back massager. She didn't even notice me at first...Kennedy you are Silly!

I love it when they entertain themselves and I can get things done...lol. Today's cleaning is going way to smooth...I wonder what's to come?!

"Mommy, I got lotion!"...

So I was in bed, reading my book...Nate was locking everything up and checking on the girls. He came in and said, "Get your camera you have to see this." I said, "What did she do?" He just laughed and said, "You have to get your camera." By this time she was right behind him and I couldn't tell what was so funny. All of a sudden Reagan says, "Mommy, I got lotion. I pretty." I still didn't know what they were talking about so she came over by the bed to show me...

This is what happens when she gets a nap and she's not tired when we put her in her room to go to bed....lol! All I could do is laugh...I asked Nate if she had got it anywhere else and thank goodness she didn't. She thought she was the funniest thing ever. Reagan...you are such a little stinker.

Sisterly Love...

Reagan caught Daddy as soon as he walked in the door from school the other day..."Daddy, will you put pretties in my hair....PLLLEEEASSSE?" Of course when does daddy ever tell her no...lol. So he put ALL of her pretties in her hair and she wanted to go show Kennedy.

This would be her telling Kennedy, "NO! NO! Kennedy...No touch em'!"

And then she felt bad so she is giving her some love now.

I tell you what...it's moments like this that you just cherish. I hope they are the best of friends always and forever.

Happy Birthday to Me....

Well, today is "MY" day...lol! I am the big 29. So far it has been a good day...I got Reagan off to preschool...then Kennedy and I went and spent some of my birthday money on a Shark vacuum from Costco. You just have to love Costco. I had so many nice people drop stuff off and had lots of people call me...the one person that hasn't...well, they can't...My dad always called me first thing. It's kind of harder than I thought today...I always look forward to birthday's and holiday's because I can always count on him to call. What's even harder is thinking about his Birthday coming up...he would of been 53. He was so young. I just hate that I can't just pick up the phone to see how he's doing anymore....OK Sorry can't talk about this right now.

Tonight all of us adults are going to dinner...It's the first time we all have babysitters and are going out to eat as just adults...I'm excited, we're going to TEXAS ROADHOUSE!!! My girl friend Yesi is coming to watch my girls (you're a life saver Yesi) so I better get off of here and get some stuff done before we have to go.

My Surprise Birthday Weekend...

I was aware of my girl friend Candice and her kids coming up to spend the weekend, but I had no idea she was bringing my Matty! They came up Friday night...I was so excited to see him and so surprised...he brought "Lilly" (the guinny pig).

Candice decided this was my Birthday weekend with them so Saturday morning when we all woke up, we got ready for the day and they took me to IHOP for breakfast. I can't remember the last time I have been to breakfast....it was a lot of fun. The kids were bored to death while they waited for us to get ready to go, but they all played by themselves and kept themselves occupied.

After breakfast we decided to let the kids pick something to do so we went over to Jumpin' Jacks. It was the most fun I have had in the longest time!

*This video is of Matty and Me!

*This video is of Reagan and Me!

We ended up there the better part of the day. Then we headed home to make some dinner and hang out...the kids played Guitar Hero on the Wii and we sat and talked.

On Sunday the kids and I were bad and ditched church to stay with Candice and her kids. Nate went so when he got back he could tell us what he learned. He of course told us things and we wished we would of gone, but that's what we get. I made a big breakfast and then everyone took naps except me...I read my book (New Moon). When everyone started to wake up we thought we better run the kids so they would be tired for bed so we took them over to that new park over by Tonaquint. It was crazy weird, but kind of cool too.

When we got home from the park, the clan decided to bake me some brownies for my birthday cake and sing to me...it made my day....lol!

Matty...I miss you so much Buddie! I am so glad I got to spend my Birthday weekend with you!
So far this has been my most favorite birthday! Thank you so much for celebrating with me Candice!!! I already miss you and your kids!
