David Archuleta & the After ParrrTay....

I have one of the GREATEST friends in the ENTIRE Universe!!! Last week my girl friend, Yesi called me to tell me she had an extra ticket for the David Archuleta Concert, but she wasn't for sure if her son was still wanting to go or not. I thought to myself... I won't get my hopes up, but there is a possibility that I am going, YEEEAAA!!! Anyway needless to say he decided not to go and so she took me... YESI I LOVE YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK... LOL! I had an absolute BLAST! (Can you tell I don't get out a whole lot)? We then went to the After Party and I had sooo much fun. I got to meet David Osmond and his cute pregnant wife. They were totally the sweetest people!

Taylor Vaifanua from American Idol Season 8 (How totally cool is that). She was so kind as well.

We met David Archuleta's Brother (Daniel), his Father, and David's band. It was a Blast!

It's OFFICIAL...

We are OFFICIALLY a Military Family!!! That's right... Nate joined the ARMY. It might sound cRaZy to most, but this is something Nate has talked about since we were dating. I would just tell him that I don't think I could handle being a Military wife. Let me just tell everyone now... I am done saying NEVER because I have learned in the past 6 years that every time I say "I won't" or "I'll NEVER"... it has come to pass and Heavenly Father has let me know there is more to come and I have survived it all... lol. I am looking forward to the change and challenges that come along with it all. Nate and I have Faith that we will be safe and this is where we are suppose to go. I will keep everyone updated with where we are going and when... so until I get more info...

Easter Pics...

Our Grammy had to have some Easter Pictures of the grandkids. She purchased them all clothes a while back. All of the girls had matching Dresses and the boys had matching ties. I can't wait to see the pictures all done... I think they will be so cute. I sure wished my Matty Mo was going to be in them. It seems like we always miss him by a couple of days or weeks :( I snapped all of these pics before they left to get the Pictures done. I wasn't able to go with so our Daddy took them to the photo shoot. I sure hope they turn out OK.

The Bug Man...

Our Bug Man is the nicest guy ever... After he was done spraying the inside and outside of the house he brought the girls back up some toys. After they got done picking their toys he asked Reagan if she wanted a lizard. Of course she was like "YEA!" I stood there waiting for him to give her a toy lizard and he touched his pocket and this thing came flying out. Needless to say Regs and I were screaming and jumping all over... I am sure Andrew got a kick out of watching us... lol! Thank goodness he caught the lizard in a hurry because he wasn't leaving until he found it! Regs got a total kick out of the whole thing!!! Thanks Andrew!

Bella Soles Shoe Party...

My sister in law (Lauren) and I went to a Garage/Clearance sale in Hurricane a couple of weekends ago for Bella Soles Shoes. We were so excited about all the cute shoes, sunglasses and handbags that Lauren decided to host a shoe party at my house. It was lots of fun and she had a Great turn out. She got her FREE pair of shoes just for having 10 people show up... they didn't even have to purchase anything. I think that is GREAT incentive. I am thinking of hosting one in a couple of weeks. So here is what ya missed if you didn't make it :P

One Of My New Faves...

Ok... Anyone that knows me well, knows I love Pancakes. I usually make a couple of batches at a time and freeze them for quick usage ;). Any way I was at Costco a couple of months ago and they were sampling these yummy pancakes. I was a little skeptical at first until I tasted them so I thought I would give them a try. I usually never buy Pancake mix... we make them from scratch, but let me tell ya... I'm pretty impressed with these pancakes. I really like them and my family loved them as well! A new staple in my home... at least until Costco stops carrying them... lol!

March Visiting Teaching...

I decided to make something for the families I visit teach and a couple of the neighbors. I thought they turned out so cute I wanted to post some pictures. I made my "White Chocolate Popcorn", but the Leprechaun touched them and turned the popcorn "GREEN"... lol!

We woke up to a house full of "GREEN"!!! The Leprechaun had touched everything in our house... it was cRaZY!!! Regs just wanted to spank his "LIL LIL BUM"!

He even left us some gifts which I found rather odd... lol!

Birthday at Pre-School...

Regs was so excited to be able to celebrate her Birthday at School with her class. All she could talk about was how she wanted to take cup cakes to school and they had to be Strawberry... lol.

Check her out... she kept telling "Kenneny" she couldn't touch them. They were for her friends at school... lol. She was so afraid to get a picture because she thought Kennedy would come and try to touch them. What a stink!
When I picked her up from school she tells me...

Regs: "Mommy... Girls and Boys love my cup cakes!"

Mommy: "They did... how do you know?"

Regs: "Cause they say mmmm... Delicious!"

We didn't do a whole lot this year, but it was still a blast. We decided to have just a little birthday with the family instead of the whole spread. The only person we missed the most at her birthday was our Matty Mo. We sure wished he could of been here.

Regs just had to have a "Strawberry Birthday"! Our Gram is the BEST and she made it happen!

All of the cousins came, but we only got a picture with Ethan and Kate... These kids are the cuttest!!!

And I made the Cake... it wasn't anything Special, but she loved it!

All in all I think she had a great Birthday... or at least I would like to hope ;)

This Is Why I Don't Blog Anymore...

Well... I decided to go in and blog (thinking I was safe). I thought my girls were entertained for the moment, but I was wrong. Kenners is at the phase of "What can I destroy in a hurry?" I have so much to blog about, but often don't have a minute to do it. I have been to tired to come in and do it when they go to bed anymore so I have just been slackin'!!! Anyway... this is what I came out to the other night when I was blogging the last couple of posts. As you can see she has climbed up on the chair to reach my purse and dumped it all out. She pulled out every card in my wallet and threw my coupons all over the place... she was just livin' it up. As I came around the corner it was panic mode and she tried to destroy as fast as she could... I guess you had to be here to understand what I am talking about... lol. All I could do was laugh. What is it with our kids... She is such a stink, but I just love her to pieces!!!

These Girls...

These pictures are from 2 months ago. I had my visiting teaching to do and it ended up on a day that Regs was out of school so she got to come with me. I had been telling her for a couple of days that I had to go visiting teaching and she would have to be on her best behavior and help me with the Kennerbug. I wake up to this:

Regs: "Hurry up Mom we need baths and we need our clothes."

Mom: "OK Reagan, lets eat breakfast and then get in the bath."

Regs: "Mommy... we don't have time for this, you need to hurry up."

Mom: "Regs we have pleanty of time."

Regs: "Mommy we don't have pleanty of time. We need to hurry or we gonna be late."

Mom: "Regs what are you talking about?"

Regs: "Mommy thats what you always say."

All I could do was laugh. She is a Mini-Lishie and it is SCARY! The things we do and say that we don't realize they pick up on. I am always in a hurry in my mind, but really I'm in a hurry to do nothing as my husband says... lol. We need to slow down some days and take it all in... see I am still trying to convince myself... lol.

She was such a big helper when we went to the homes of the women I teach. I am always so shocked at her manners when we are somewhere else. Regs... Thanks for all of you help "Sis"!!!

Star of the Week...

I am a huge slacker, but I have a great explanation... I have been SOOOOO BUSY!!! Reagan was Star of the Week last month and let me tell ya it made her week. She got to take treats for the class and they focused on her and her family for the week. I think she got some other special attention and Regs loves "SPECIAL" attention (I don't know where she got that ;D). She took her Tinkerbell dolly for show and tell as you can see her poking out of her back pack behind her... lol. What a special little girl Nate and I have on our hands... Reggy Regs... We LOVE You tons!!!

Does everyone have the "Twilight" movie yet?!? If not you better go and get it! I am so excited to watch it in the comfort of my own little house...whenever I want to he he! I ordered it along time ago from Amazon and because they new it wouldn't be here the day it came out they sent me a code so I could watch it on Amazon on demand. Nate and I watched it and to my surprise he really enjoyed it and said he looks forward to the next one! I can honestly say the more I see it the more I like it!
