Halloween Festivities...

We had such a fun night. I took the girls Trick or Treating for the first time this year... we had soooo much fun. We got to talk to our Dad for the first time since he left for the whole day! He was on the phone with us while we Trick or Treated so he was kind of with us....lol. We started out with the cousins at Auntie Carrie's and Uncle Shane's. The kids all looked so stinkin cute.

Our Visit with Beneva...

I can't exactly remeber when Geneva came to visit us, but I know it has been a very long time since we have seen her and we miss her a ton!!! She came to spend the day with us and brought the girls some Princess Stickers. We went to Red Robin for lunch and had a really good visit with her. It was sure nice to see her and wished we could see her more often.

Geneva... thanks for the fun little gifts and lunch (it was yummy)! We miss you Lady!

The Tired Girl...

Kennedy is just too much sometimes... she asks EVERY night if we can go to get an ice cream. This was one of the things we would do with Nate when he was home thus creating a horrible habbit...lol. Anyway I thought I would take them cause we hadn't been in such a long time, but as you can see she was too tired and was falling asleep while she was eating her's. It was the funniest thing to watch. She was asleep, but she just kept licking away.

Reg's really wanted to go and see this movie, but I new that Kennedy wouldn't sit through it. Usually my niece Alexis watches my kids and they are really comfortable with her, but Regs wanted Alexis and Tayler to go with us so I decided to see if my Father in Law would watch the Kennerbug. We watched it in 3D... movies are so fun now a days!!! We had a good time and we decided to go to Spoon Me afterwards... MMmm it was yummy! I had a good time with all the kiddos!


Kennedy wanted to be in the picture too so I let her wear my glasses!

Vegas Baby...

We decided to go down and stay the weekend in Vegas. I was so ready for a change of scenery being as all I've done since Nater left is hang out at home. My Girl friend and her family have a Time Share down there and invited us to stay with them. It was amazing! I was in Heaven! It had 3 different pools and all kinds of things for the kiddos to do! We even got to have Matty Mo spend one night with us! We had a blast! One of the days while we were in town the kids and I went to a BBQ with some old friends. The kids had so much fun playin Rock Band and hangin out.

Our daddy wrote us and asked us to send him some pictures... so we decided to take some for him. As you can see the girls were very cooperative and cute ;)

"I'm Tellin on You, Mommy!"...

This girl totally kills me. I don't know how many times I have had to ask her to help us clean up and she just sits and watches us. I bopped her on the head and she had a come apart...lol. All of a sudden I hear her talkin to her self and she was saying, "Daddy, my mom bonked me on my bean! That's not berry nice! That's not berry fair!" All I could do is bust up laughing!!! She had her little princess phone up to her ear just a tellin on me... I got the camera and told her to tell on me again, but she thought I was taking a picture so you can't really see what I saw and heard.

Awww... the joys of our Children! You gotta love them.

Dev... We'll Miss You!

I've debated all weekend about posting such a sensitive subject, but I just need to vent I guess. Today was a hard day because I spent it in Las Vegas at a funeral. Nate's cousin Devon passed away Friday afternoon. It was very unexpected. Dev was only 20 years old. I have had the hardest time understanding this all day. Dev was always the LIFE of the party. He was always joking and teasing. I love this kid to the moon and back and I know he knows that. I am so worried about how to tell Nate because he just sent me a letter wanting to reach out to Dev and I had just sent it to him on Friday morning. I know Dev is in a better place, but like I said it being so unexpected... I just wished I would have spent more time talking to him at Nate's going away party... I wished I would of said so many more things.

You were one of the funniest people I knew! I have many happy and hilarious memories of you. Nate and I looked forward to the family Christmas Party's only to hang with you. You made them tolerable (No offence to anyone else). You will always hold a special place in our heart's and in our memories! We love you and we will truly Miss you!

We're BaCk!!!

Finally we are back in action around here...

I have had all these posts ready to post, but I wanted to post them with pics. So make sure you check underneath this post... I am sure I will be posting a lot for the next couple of days or weeks as I have plenty of time on my hands...lol!

Happy Birthday to Me...

That's right... the big ol' 30! I sure wish my Natey could have been here, but my friends and family made up for it. My girlfriend Candice came up from Vegas. We went and had a massage...it was so nice to get away from the girls for the first time since Nate left and just relax. We giggled a couple of times like a couple of little teeny boppers, but it was so much fun. We went and had Bajios for lunch. Then my niece watched my girls while Diana, Carrie, Meg and Candice took me to dinner. I chose to go to Red Robin... it was yummy! When I picked up the girls from my Niece's house they wanted dessert so we headed over to Golden Spoon! It was the best Birthday!

Back to School...

Matt started 7th grade and I think he really likes it... at least he sounds like he does. I sure wished I had a picture of him on his first day of school, but this was taken when he came to visit just a couple of weeks ago...

Reg's started her second year of preschool... she LOVES it.

Can't wait til next year when Kennedy can go to preschool. She is so bummed when Reg's gets out and goes into her class. She wants to go so bad!
